Staff Nurse - RN - Flight Transport jobs in the United States
Staff Nurse - RN - Flight Transport provides professional nursing care to critically injured or ill patients throughout all phases of emergency ground and air transportation. Evaluates and treats patients prior to and during transport, ensuring patient safety and implementing life support measures as needed. Being a Staff Nurse - RN - Flight Transport monitors patient condition, documents nursing care, and reports patient status to clinical staff at receiving medical facility. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Additionally, Staff Nurse - RN - Flight Transport typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Typically requires Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. May require Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN) certification. Requires a valid state RN license. Staff Nurse - RN - Flight Transport's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. General Details and Pay Package:
Location: Oneonta, NY
Position: Nurse Supervisor LTC
Shift: Days
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Gross: $ 2,554 (based on 36 hours)
Estimated NET: $ 2,186 (based on 36 hours)
Misc. and I E : $ 530(non-tax weekly)
Lodging : $ 800 per week
OT Rate: $ 90/hour (after 40 hours)
Weekly gross $ 3,410 (Based on 48 hours)
Est. Weekly Net $ 2,786 (Based on 48 hours)
New York State Registered Nurse (NYS RN) license required.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum 2 years long term care clinical experience required.
Travelers cannot be resident of Otsego county.
