Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor provides professional guidance and operational oversight to a team of speech and language pathologists. Plans and implements programs and procedures and evaluates program objectives and results. Being a Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor manages daily operations and logistics. Develops and leads staff development and training activities that support best practices. Additionally, Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor requires a master's degree in speech pathology or equivalent. Requires ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and applicable State License to Practice. Typically reports to a director. The Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are seeking a talented bilingual speech language pathologist to join our growing team of dedicated professionals! This position provides evaluative, therapeutic and consultative services for children of all ages who exhibit developmental delays or impairments in the areas that impact speech, language, feeding/swallowing, sensory systems, emotional regulation, fine/gross motor, and cognition. We offer tele-therapy and clinic therapy services in our beautiful facility!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLP
1. Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) (CFs Considered)
2. State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
3. At least two (2) years of pediatric experience is a PLUS
4. Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.5. Excellent Communication skills
Fluency in Spanish and English is a PLUS.
