Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor provides professional guidance and operational oversight to a team of speech and language pathologists. Plans and implements programs and procedures and evaluates program objectives and results. Being a Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor manages daily operations and logistics. Develops and leads staff development and training activities that support best practices. Additionally, Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor requires a master's degree in speech pathology or equivalent. Requires ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and applicable State License to Practice. Typically reports to a director. The Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. MILESTONES THERAPY is seeking a FULL-TIME SLP to join the team. This position will require the applicant to perform typical duties of a licensed speech-language pathologist including evaluations, treatment, and collaboration with other disciplines. This setting is highly collaborative with a team approach.
This is a 4 day work week position working 9 or 10 hours per day. The applicant hired must be available until 5:30 p.m. at least 2 nights per week Monday through Thursday or Tuesday-Friday with start time being more flexible.
