Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor provides professional guidance and operational oversight to a team of speech and language pathologists. Plans and implements programs and procedures and evaluates program objectives and results. Being a Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor manages daily operations and logistics. Develops and leads staff development and training activities that support best practices. Additionally, Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor requires a master's degree in speech pathology or equivalent. Requires ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and applicable State License to Practice. Typically reports to a director. The Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Looking for a part-time, fee-for-service SLP! Let‘s Talk specializes in pediatric services, as well as adult services on a case by case basis. The work schedule and caseload for this position can be somewhat flexible; however, we are in need of Monday and Friday hours, particularly evenings (3:00-6:30pm). SLP will primarily provide in-person therapy services at the Practice.
