Being a Speech Writer ensures consistent messaging strategy and brand identity are included in every piece. Provides subject matter expertise in delivering presentations and speeches Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Speech Writer typically reports to a manager. The Speech Writer work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Responsibilities- Evaluate and diagnose individuals with communication and swallowing disorders for a caseload of 50-55 students
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress
- Caseload is between 50-55 students
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or certification
- Experience in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in specialized technology related to speech-language pathology
This is a contract position until the end of the 2023-2024 school year. Benefits are unfortunately not included with this position.
