We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in a contract position within our school setting in the Crystal Lake, IL Area.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome speech and language challenges, enabling them to communicate effectively and reach their full academic potential.- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA CCC
- ISBE PEL (professional educator license)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and their treatment approaches.
- Ability to conduct thorough evaluations and interpret assessment results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, parents, and school staff.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students overcome communication challenges.
Salary
$60 - $65 per hourJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
