Job Title: Proposal Writer

Role Summary:

• As a Proposal Writer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our services and solutions to potential clients. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and project management teams to gather necessary information and ensure that each proposal aligns with the client's needs and our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and submission of proposals, including writing, editing, and coordinating efforts across multiple departments.
• Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and insights for inclusion in proposals.
• Ensure proposals are compliant with client specifications and are submitted within designated timelines.
• Continuously refine and update proposal templates and materials to maintain competitiveness and efficiency.
• Analyze feedback from clients on submitted proposals to improve future submissions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content writing, with a significant focus on proposal writing or grant writing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong research and analytical skills to understand complex topics and client requirements.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,763.40 - $57,521.52 per year
