Glaze Sprayer
Work Mode : Onsite
Location : Portland, OR (North)
Shift : Mon-Fri 6am-2 : 30pm, occasional overtime.
Pay : $22-24 hourly, depending on experience.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Practice and follow all required safety regulations.
Maintain work area. Keep equipment, tools, and workspace in clean and safe working condition.
Operates a Sprayer (technical skill set) to glaze our beautiful handmade tiles to specification.
Maintain and log all daily and weekly spray equipment and environmental control records.
Perform all duties as assigned by supervisor.
Cross-trains and supports general factory production goals
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Reports to Manufacturing Supervisor. Secondary report to Process Lead.
Organizational relationships :
Frequent contact with most manufacturing positions, including sprayers, machine operators, inspectors, and maintenance staff.
Occasional contact with Scheduler & Operations Director.
Skills / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, ceramics, or warehousing environment.
Experience in Glaze and / or Sprayer. Willing to learn other if possess one of the two.
Hybrid shift. May have to work 2nd shift 11am-7pm as needed.
Background in painting, ceramics, automobile, house etc. desired
18 years old
Consistent attendance record and adherence to the attendance policy for Ann Sacks.
Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes.
Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Strong attention to detail; takes pride in their work
Physical requirements : This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Regularly lifting of 20-30 pounds, occasional 50 pounds.
Ability to follow all safety policies, procedures, company's rules and processes.
