Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

- Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships

- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals

- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities

- Collaborate with sales and manufacturing teams to drive revenue growth

Skills:

- Proven experience in HubSpot or similar CRM software

- Excellent account management skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell

- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a sales team

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills

- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service

- Business development expertise with a strategic mindset

- Sales experience at a custom fabricator is an advantage

- Ability to develop designs that meet customer requirements AND can also be manufactured efficiently and cost effectively by our plant equipment within our systems

- Ability to meet deadlines, handle pressure and deal with customers with challenging expectations

- Ability to effectively communicate display concepts through two- or three-dimensional line drawings is necessary

- Entrepreneurial spirit. Must possess a “must do” and “roll up your sleeves” work ethic

- Computer Literacy. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word etc.

- Experience with CAD systems helpful

- Experience and comfort in working in an environment of continuous improvement of Business and Manufacturing processes

- Ability to manage his/her time and set priorities

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
