Being a Specialty and Metal Sprayer has basic coating skills, masking procedures, measuring skills and able to follow metal spray equipment operation guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Specialty and Metal Sprayer typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Excellent opportunity for an individual farming currently or looking to get into farming with a successful and large row crop operation in central North Dakota.
This individual will run a variety of plant-harvest machinery, semi/truck, work on basic maintenance and more. Much of this person's daily duties depending on time of year will be one of the farm's main agronomy sprayer operators. Equipment is all new or near new so very little maintenance is needed.
Dedicated, hardworking and dependable candidates are a *must* - farm will help train in areas you aren't proficient in, but a strong, reliable work ethic and effort has to be there. The farm stays busy and works hard but management has a reputation for treating their workers fairly and respectably in both compensation and a reasonable work schedule.
