Specialty and Metal Sprayer operates thermal spray. Prepares, masks, and applies metal spray coatings to rebuild parts. Being a Specialty and Metal Sprayer has basic coating skills, masking procedures, measuring skills and able to follow metal spray equipment operation guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Specialty and Metal Sprayer typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Specialty and Metal Sprayer may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
