Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Specialty and Metal Sprayer typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Specialty and Metal Sprayer may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.     • Complete milestone reporting that covers all aspects of demolition processes and prepare to be sent routinely to government entities.
    • Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Generate regular progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and potential issues.
    • Manage waste manifests.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.  Consideration will be given to someone possessing a Paralegal certificate.

    Preferred:
    • 5 years’ experience working in an industrial setting.
    • 5 years’ experience in project management or legal role.
