About the Role: As a Retail Events Assistant, you will receive comprehensive training while being the face of our clients at a variety of promotional events. While prior experience in events, promotions, or customer engagement is a plus, it's not a requirement.

Your Role & Responsibilities: As a Retail Events Assistant, you will:

• Engage with potential customers to promote brands' products and services at exciting events - this is a face-to-face position, and our events are at various locations.
• Engage with customers & build meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs and pair them with the products/services available from our client.
• Conduct captivating presentations and demonstrations with a view to creating excitement with new customers and securing sales using our client’s online system.
• Ensure full transparency when completing the sales process ensuring the customer is fully aware of the product/service they are signing up for.
• Master and retain knowledge about the brands' products, services, and competitor offerings - always need to be one step ahead of the competition.
• Professionally handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Complete new customer registrations - this includes the collection of new customer details with accuracy.
• Keep track of interactions and compile daily reports to provide valuable feedback to clients
