The Beverage Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the bar, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to on-the-job training of the bar team. This person must have strong communication and analytical skills and extensive knowledge about spirits, wines and beers. Beverage purchasing, receiving, and cost control experience is essential. Ideal candidates will have experience working in catering and/or restaurants.
