    • Assist in the development and implementation of promotional programming, plans, and strategies.
    • Assist in creating strategic plans, execution plans and promotions calendar.
    • Coordinate logistics for a variety of VIP events and casino promotions, including but not limited to drawings, slot tournaments, kiosk promotions, gift giveaways and other marketing programming.
    • Communicate current and upcoming promotional efforts for the guests, team members, and regulatory agencies.
    • Share responsibility for assessing, anticipating, and reacting to the competitive marketplace regarding marketing strategies, programs, campaigns, and promotions.
    • Coordinates with Shared Services to ensure creative requests are opened in a timely manner and all information provided is correct.
    • Ensures coordination with IT and AV teams to make certain all resources are available as required for marketing programming.
    • Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing and negotiation.
    • Assist in the coordination and booking of entertainment for the casino, outlets and events by interviewing and vetting performers to ensure professional and appropriate performances.
    • Assist in the development, implementation, and management of operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives in defined areas, including pre and post reporting to assess ROI and inform future strategies.
    • Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department and providing recommendations; ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to manager.
    • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior internal and external customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
    • Responsible for supervising direct reports, encouraging ongoing team member learning and development, and fostering an inclusive and respectful team environment.
    • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Executive Management / GM.
    • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
    • Accountable for supervising and managing staff in the following areas of the Marketing Department: Promotions, Special Events and Entertainment.
    • Accountable for creating effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives and achieving guest satisfaction.
    • Requires customer service standards are followed by department team members and addresses issues as they arise.
    • Assists in ensuring team member compliance with legal and company policies and procedures.

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university in marketing, finance, or related field; two years progressively more challenging roles in marketing or operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in marketing, promotions, or event planning.
    • Proven time-management, creativity and critical thinking skills required.
    • Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    • Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
    • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with outside agencies, vendors, and other contacts.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
    • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic, tactful, and positive manner.
    • Must have demonstrated ability to drive toward results.

    STARTING SALARY

    Starting from $65,000 annually, based on experience.
