Position: Special Events Coordinator
Location: Kern CountyResponsibilities:
- Donor Relations Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event objectives and align them with our mission.
- Develop creative event concepts and strategies that resonate with our audience.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor management.
- Ensure seamless execution of events while maintaining a focus on our mission and values.
- Cultivate relationships with partners, sponsors, and community members to support event goals.
- Evaluate event success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful events.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and personalities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in event management software and Google Suite.
