Special Events Coordinator - Casino jobs in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Fairview Wedding & Events is looking to add that next superstar to our team! We currently have seven locations currently in California and are growing! We are searching for a Full-Time Weddings & Events Sales Coordinator to join our Green River location in Orange County. This location performs over 100 weddings per year so if you are looking for a fun and active work environment this place is for you.

Job Description:

• Providing a consultative sales approach, allowing brides and grooms the opportunity to plan a uniquely perfect day to meet their dreams
• Guide prospective brides on a property tour, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Write contracts and proposals following solicitation of customers to formally document oral agreements and terms.
• Maintain communication with clients in-order to ensure that signed contracts, deposits and any other pertinent information is received and handled in a timely manner
• Available to work evenings and weekends in support of events hosted by Fairview Weddings & Events.

Candidate we are looking for will have:

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• A genuine interest in weddings and planning a unique wedding day
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good knowledge about event management skills.
• Has high computer literacy to use PC (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) We use Salesforce software.
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively coordinate and manage all size events.

Total Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

• $20-23 per hour Depending on Experience
• Average of 3-5 hours of overtime per week
• $10,000 - $12,000 commission potential
