We are looking for an organized, personable and motivated multi-tasker to join the Marcia Selden team! As Front Desk Coordinator, you will serve as both the first point of contact for any visitor and the pathfinder to any client as you navigate their call to the correct team member.
Additional projects and responsibilities to include assisting Staffing Manager with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and research, receiving initial event details from current and prospective clients, and acting as both the first and last impression to our in-office guests. Ability to “juggle” and strong administrative prowess is a must.
