    We are actively seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Contract Investor Relations Coordinator for an interim project within our Finance team

    This exciting position will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating investor relations activities, providing strategic insights to improve our financial performance

    This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of tasks in a fast-paced environment, providing a platform to showcase your exceptional skills in private equity, real estate, management, finance, and investor relations.

    Responsibilities :

    Manage and coordinate all investor relations activities, acting as the primary point of contact for all investor inquiries and concerns.

    Develop and implement strategic investor relations plans, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.

    Conduct comprehensive analysis of our financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

    Prepare and present financial reports to investors, providing clear and concise information on our financial status and performance.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights to support decision-making processes.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitive landscape.

    Coordinate investor events, including investor meetings, presentations, and conferences.

    Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to investor relations activities.

    Qualifications :

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

    A Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.

    Minimum of 3 years' experience in investor relations, finance, or related roles in the private equity or real estate industry.

    Strong understanding of financial concepts and key business drivers.

    Proficiency in advanced Excel, with the ability to create financial models and conduct complex financial analysis.

    Exceptional project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

    Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors.

    High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data analysis.

    Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to investor relations activities is a plus.
