Spares Coordination Supervisor manages the delivery of spare parts and equipment, and scheduling of customer repairs. Negotiates delivery cost for the organization and the end cost to the customer. Being a Spares Coordination Supervisor verifies terms and conditions of contracts are satisfactorily met. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Spares Coordination Supervisor acts as advisor to spares coordination team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Spares Coordination Supervisor manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Spares Coordination Supervisor typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - Die Zukunft mitgestalten: Sie sind für die Optimierung Datenanalyseumgebung für unsere optischen Sensoren und Systemen zuständig
- Kooperation leben: Sie planen, steuern und betreuen IT-Engineering-Projekte
- Vorausschauend beobachten: Sie werten regelmäßig Fertigungsdaten aus und unterstützen die Produktbetreuung bei der Ausbeutesteigerung und Kostenersparnis
- Neues entstehen lassen: Sie wenden komplexe Datenauswertungen z.B. im Rahmen von TF oder der Analyse von Fertigungsproblemen zur Ausbeutesteigerung und Kostenoptimierung an

- Strukturiert bewerten: Sie werten Produktionsdaten statistisch aus
Qualifikationen

- Erfahrungen: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich statistische Methoden, Fertigungsverfahren, Datenbanken, Data Engineering
- Know-How: Kenntnisse in statistischen Methoden und Datenauswertungswerkzeugen sowie IT Lösungen für große Datenmengen, Web Applikationen
- Qualifikation: Erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Software Entwicklung, Datenbank Applikationen, Web Services, Linux, Windows, Cloud Solutions
- Internationalität: Erfahrung in interkultureller Projektarbeit
- Sprachen: Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Informatik, Ingenieurs- oder Naturwissenschaften
