Shift: Night Shift (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday)

Hours: 5:00pm to 5:30am

Compensation: Competitive salary with a 15% night shift differential

Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Spares Shipping Night Shift Associate. As a member of our shipping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of spare parts to our customers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package spare parts for shipment according to company procedures
• Verify accuracy of shipping documentation and ensure compliance with shipping regulations
• Coordinate with logistics team to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work night shifts and alternate weekends
