Additionally, Spares Coordination Supervisor acts as advisor to spares coordination team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Spares Coordination Supervisor manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. The Supervisor is responsible for collaborating with the school Assistant Manager to support business unit enrollment and customer engagement strategies and plays a role in supporting staff; ensuring high quality Swim Path curriculum; and ensuring optimal pool and facility standards.
