Spares Coordination Supervisor manages the delivery of spare parts and equipment, and scheduling of customer repairs. Negotiates delivery cost for the organization and the end cost to the customer. Being a Spares Coordination Supervisor verifies terms and conditions of contracts are satisfactorily met. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Spares Coordination Supervisor acts as advisor to spares coordination team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The care coordination supervisor is responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of all assigned care coordination staff. The care coordination supervisor is also responsible for assisting in recruitment, hiring, and training of new care coordination staff as well as providing ongoing coaching and clinical development of assigned care coordinators. care coordinators provide a wide variety of services that focus on the mental health needs of the client. These include client skills training, parent skills training, community resource connection, and treatment team leadership and coordination. The care coordination supervisor should be comfortable and familiar with coaching new staff and implementing services as needed in those four areas. The care coordination supervisor must be committed to serving clients from diverse backgrounds and promoting equity and inclusion in service delivery.

Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:
This position requires a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related field. Three years of post-graduate experience and State of Ohio Licensure (LSW, LPC, MFT) required, Independent Licensure preferred (LISW, LPCC, IMFT or Licensed Psychologist). Clinical Supervisory experience strongly preferred. A valid State of Ohio driver’s license, a good driving record, automobile insurance and the use of a reliable automobile is required.
Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications.
Work Environment:
Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems. May be exposed to shouting and clients who may be verbally and physically aggressive. May be exposed to blood or vomit and bodily fluids. May be exposed to unclean environments and unfamiliar areas of town.
