Spares Coordination Manager manages the delivery of spare parts and equipment, and scheduling of customer repairs. Negotiates delivery cost for the organization and the end cost to customer. Being a Spares Coordination Manager verifies terms and conditions of contracts are satisfactorily met. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Spares Coordination Manager acts as advisor to spares coordination team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a unit/department head. The Spares Coordination Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Spares Coordination Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. In collaboration with the Director of Case Management, the Nurse Manager - Case Management provides leadership for the care coordination department and oversees the department's daily activities.
The Manager, Case Management coordinates the integration of utilization management and discharge/transition planning functions to provide effective outcome based, patient-centered care.
Serves as the central resource to the Director of Care Management to develop tools, processes and systems to optimize the department and organizational strategic goals
This position is eligible for a sign-on and relocation bonus of up to $21,000!
This is a full time (1.0 FTE), exempt position. Work Schedule is Weekdays, Monday - Friday.
