Spares Coordination Manager jobs in Attleboro, MA

Spares Coordination Manager manages the delivery of spare parts and equipment, and scheduling of customer repairs. Negotiates delivery cost for the organization and the end cost to customer. Being a Spares Coordination Manager verifies terms and conditions of contracts are satisfactorily met. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Spares Coordination Manager acts as advisor to spares coordination team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a unit/department head. The Spares Coordination Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Spares Coordination Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Position Overview (Full Time)

    Manager will be responsible for daily operations of the restaurant.

    • Provide Leadership - must be a role model with strong leadership skills as it relates to training, coaching and corrective action
    • Drive Sales - identify local opportunities to increase sales and provide excellent guest service to ensure repeat business
    • Control Costs – assist with P&L, budget, inventory catering and ordering, cut waste
    • Provide Excellent Food Standards – we pride ourselves on the quality of our food, the SM is responsible for ensuring it meets the highest standards

    General Responsibilities

    • Ensure policies and procedures are upheld at all times
    • Respond to customer complaints rapidly; ensuring a positive resolution
    • Ensure all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
    • Responsible for cash control in compliance with company policy
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are consistently prepared and served according to presentation standards and recipes
    • Be proactive in reaching our Company goals in sales, service, appearance; while creating a positive, fun and productive working environment
    • Ensure the security and safety of the restaurant, its guests and employees

    Job Requirements

    • Good tenure at past employers
    • 3 years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-past environment
    • Success in leading teams of 30 employees
    • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
