The Spa Supervisor is primarily responsible for the supervising the operations of the Spa Coordinators, Concierges and Spa Attendants. This position functions as an integral member of the spa management team by providing a welcoming and nurturing spa environment for guests, and colleagues. In addition to performing the same duties as other Spa Coordinators, Spa Concierges and Spa Attendants, the Spa Supervisor serves as a departmental resource to all spa colleagues. Some additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Works to create and maintain a welcoming spa environment that embodies the core values of our property

• Supervises and inspects cleanliness of locker rooms, folds towels, maintains refreshments, etc.

• Maintains orderly and well-stocked front desk area, supply room and all storage areas

• Performs safety inspections of spa facilities and brings up any deficiencies to spa management

• Assures that required equipment and supplies are in good working order

• Create, implement and communicate Spa Coordinator, Spa Concierge and Spa Attendant staff schedules

• Handle guest questions, complaints, and issues

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of one year spa industry experience, preferably in a high volume operation.

• Ability to create and maintain a positive, energetic working environment by sustaining high morale and productivity levels.

• Professional demeanor with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Technologically proficient with ability to quickly gain thorough working knowledge of multiple reservations software and booking systems.

• Previous experience in development and delivery of training information.

• Must be flexible and able to work weekdays, weekends, mid shifts, nights and holidays.

• Prioritizing tasks and handle multiple duties simultaneously while remaining highly organized with attention to detail and consistent follow up.

• Ensures effective resolution of service issues with a proactive approach to guest and colleague needs.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
