Spa Supervisor - Casino oversees the day-to-day spa activities and manages all spa personnel. Resolves client conflicts and ensures proper maintenance of the facility and equipment. - Provide excellent customer service by knowing current promotions, games, and events going on in and out of the casino.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in assigned gaming areas.
- Circulate among slot machines and observer operations.
- Ensure that stations and games are covered each shift.
- May explain and interpret operating rules of house to patrons.
- May plan and organize activities and services for guests in the hotel/casino.
- Address service complaints with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
