Spa Manager manages the spa facility. Administers, plans, and evaluates programs for all age groups. Being a Spa Manager hires, trains, and monitors the performance of professional spa personnel. Ensures that program goals are met and adheres to local, state, and federal regulations regarding cleanliness, accessibility, and safety of the facility. Additionally, Spa Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Spa Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Currently, we are seeking an energetic and reliable Spa Manager to help us become a beloved Spa destination around Herndon and Reston.

    As the Spa Center Manager, you will oversee and organize the overall operations of the spa center, maximizing profits through exemplary customer service and customer satisfaction. Our ideal manager will understand the importance of collaboration and will guide employees to operate at the highest efficiency through coordination, communication, and teamwork.

    This position will be responsible daily spa operations, with a focus on achieving sales goals (emphasizing effective marketing strategies) and providing exceptional customer service.     Responsibilities:

    • Overcoming objections during the sales process to increase the membership base.
    • Conducting data analysis to drive business decisions and success.
    • Exercising good judgment, working independently, with minimal supervision.
    • Planning and directing to meet the daily operational needs.
    • Efficiently tracking employee schedules to optimize productivity, revenue, and profits.
    • Maintaining the maximum cleanliness and soothing atmosphere of the premises.
    • Ensuring high customer satisfaction, resolving customer dissatisfaction, and addressing service complaints.
    • Ensuring compliance with all Crystal Spa's cultures, policies, and procedures, in addition to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
    • Hiring, training, supervising, developing, and mentoring future front desk administrators, following Crystal Spa's culture, policies, and procedures.
    • Motivating and empowering the team to achieve high standards.
    • Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
    • Manage and supervise spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
    • Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
    • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized spa environment.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
    • Lead regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address any issues or concerns.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
    • Basic math skills for inventory management, financial reporting, and budgeting purposes.
    • Previous experience in an administrative role or spa management is preferred.
