Spa Manager manages the spa facility. Administers, plans, and evaluates programs for all age groups. Being a Spa Manager hires, trains, and monitors the performance of professional spa personnel. Ensures that program goals are met and adheres to local, state, and federal regulations regarding cleanliness, accessibility, and safety of the facility. Additionally, Spa Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Spa Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Pure Vanity Spa has a reputation for excellent customer service while providing luxury services at an affordable price. We are currently seeking a full time Spa Manager that will work closely with the Founder and the Spa Director.
The successful candidate will be highly professional, highly self-motivated and will have demonstrated superior management and sales skills. The qualified candidate will need to be comfortable working with members and guests as well as be responsible for the daily spa operations.
Spa management/ esthetics/laser technician experience is necessary. Weekends and holidays are a must!
