The Spa Supervisor is responsible for upholding our company values and supporting positive workplace culture. This position is guest-facing.

Licensed Massage Therapist (preferred but not mandatory)
Responsibilities
Maintain a full spa schedule and drive sales, promotions, and retail sales.
Oversee the daily operations of the spa.
Train and oversee Wellness Coordinators and LMTs.
Build, support, and maintain a strong, positive workplace culture.
Review feedback and respond to guest reviews.
Respond to all incoming guest-related communications.
Maintain a clean and safe spa environment and retail area.
Complete daily reports and balance sheets.
Hold daily team pre-shift meetings.
Prepare and lead team member reviews.
Monthly Inventory System
Qualifications
3 years in spa setting
2 years in managerial or supervisor role
Experience in the wellness/spa industry.
Experience leading a team.
Experience with scheduling for multiple providers.
Proficient knowledge of relevant software systems and processes.
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to calmly multi-task.
Experience in hotel or wellness is preferred
