Fit Spa Revenue & Scheduling Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our healthcare team as a Revenue & Scheduling Specialist. This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a strong background in explaining insurance payment, excellent organizational skills for scheduling, and the ability to engage effectively in sales activities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate collection, efficient appointment scheduling, and contributing to the growth of our healthcare services through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collections

• Efficiently process client and patient checkouts, ensuring accuracy in billing and documentation.
• Offer detailed financial guidance addressing inquiries and membership options.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to convey billing information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Collaborate with the billing team to resolve any discrepancies and ensure accurate financial transactions.

Scheduling

• Manage and coordinate patient appointments & intake paperwork efficiently. Confirm and communicate appointment details with patients.
• Handle scheduling changes, gaps, and cancellations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize appointment availability.
• Answer incoming calls; check voicemail and email messages daily and respond appropriately

Sales

• Engage in sales activities to promote all services and products.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients and prospective clients.
• Provide information about services, memberships, pricing, and promotions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and provide information in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Warmly greet patients and guests; ensure all have signed in correctly

Clinic and Spa Opening/Closing

• Turn on lights, music, equipment for daily appointments
• Monitor office supplies and place orders with management, as needed
• Keep Front Desk and Lobby neat and orderly
• Turn off lights, music, equipment and take out trash.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of healthcare scheduling systems and procedures.
• Sales experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Chirotouch (or ability to learn quickly) and tools for billing and scheduling.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance policies, and regulations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,500 with bonus structure

Schedule: est. 40-42 hours a week

Monday • OFF

Tuesday • 8:30am-6:15pm, Lunch 1:30-2:30pm

Wednesday • 8:30am-6:15pm, Lunch 1:30-2:30pm

Thursday • 8:30am-6:15pm, Lunch 1:30-2:30pm

Friday • 8:30am-5:15pm, Lunch 1:30-2:30pm

Saturday • 9:30am-4:15pm, **Lunch 1-1:30pm

Sunday • OFF

Work Location: In Person, Fit Spa Nichols HIlls
