Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Columbus, Ohio is looking for a dynamic, personable manager who can train, develop and manage our busy and fast-paced spa! The Spa Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals and achieving sales goals on a weekly basis.

The Spa Manager Position responsibilities include:

• Leading a staff of service professionals and front desk associates
• Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with structured discipline
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations
• Achieving financial results and goals
• Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
• Ability to help cover shifts in the event of a call out
• Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
• Most importantly, motivate and cheer on our team to success everyday! We are looking for someone with a lot of energy and passion for developing people.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Goal-oriented, with ambition to lead a top performing spa in the company
• Sales experience with proven results; membership sales is a plus
• Capability to work flexible hours, specifically one weekend day and some holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A fast learner, with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast paced environment
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Exceptional with organizing and prioritizing; attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
• Ability to lead a team with kindness and empathy.

PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• One year management experience
• High school or GED equivalent
• One year sales experience
• Experience leading a team of people
• Spa experience preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
