Spa Manager manages the spa facility. Administers, plans, and evaluates programs for all age groups. Being a Spa Manager hires, trains, and monitors the performance of professional spa personnel. Ensures that program goals are met and adheres to local, state, and federal regulations regarding cleanliness, accessibility, and safety of the facility. Additionally, Spa Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Spa Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Pay Range: $14 to $19 Per Hour (includes hourly pay membership commission)

    What You'll Be Working On:
    As a member of our Client Experience team, you are on the front lines of the spa's business. Your most important responsibility is to create an amazing experience for every guest you interact with on the phone and in the spa. In a typical day, you can expect to:

    • Create a great experience during every guest interaction while building meaningful relationships.
    • Meet membership sales goals.
    • Maintain a detailed knowledge of our menu of services- we have great training to get you to expert status
    • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
    • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
    • Uphold spa cleanliness standards
    • Perform various other duties as assigned
