Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a profitable spa business. This is a leadership role that requires strong managerial skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional spa experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of spa operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Maintain inventory control and ensure adequate stock levels of spa products and supplies
- Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate compensation for staff
- Provide leadership and guidance to spa staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Train and develop team members on spa services, products, and customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing, secure discounts, and maintain positive relationships

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in spa management or a similar role
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, sales techniques, budgeting, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and reporting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
