Spa Manager manages the spa facility. Administers, plans, and evaluates programs for all age groups. Being a Spa Manager hires, trains, and monitors the performance of professional spa personnel. Ensures that program goals are met and adheres to local, state, and federal regulations regarding cleanliness, accessibility, and safety of the facility. Additionally, Spa Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Spa Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. SUMMARY OF POSITION
A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant assist with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. Tidal Wave is a fast and fun, team-oriented environment, and our Car Wash Attendants are the faces of the wash! Learn what it takes to run a car wash and have a great time doing it!

What We Will Provide :
- Flexible scheduling that can work around any life dynamic. Part-time and Full-Time positions are available.
- Compensation : $12-13 / hr with a great opportunity to earn weekly commission.

What Your Day Will Look Like :
- Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
- Ability to follow all company policies and procedures.
What You Will Need :
- Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
- At least 16 years of age.
