Cultivate Spa is an award winning, locally owned and operated, spa in Monroe Georgia. The owners are seeking an experienced manager in the spa industry to help them continue the spa’s success.

The focus of this role would be the following:

- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the spa

- Maintain a healthy work environment where each team member can thrive

- Ensure every client is treated as a VIP and has a five star experience each time they come through the door.

Examples of day-to-day responsibilities:

• Focus on client experience and retention.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage spa resources, inventory, and equipment to maintain optimal efficiency.
• Work closely with the Spa directors and Spa Lead Therapists to create a positive and motivating work environment.
• Implement team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service among spa staff.
• Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and key performance indicators to meet financial goals.
• Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of spa staff.
• To supervise and conduct the safety of users and equipment of the spa and to ensure that the Health and safety Policy and procedures are implemented and monitored in particular with relation to cleanliness.
• Assist with retail sales events and sales enhancement programs.
• Interview prospective candidates for various positions in the Spa by following criteria set up by ownership.
• Responsible for the initial and continual training of team members.
• Ensure that all spa charging and accounting procedures are followed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years prior Spa leadership experience in a luxury spa environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of Spa operations, treatments, and wellness industry trends.
• Financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
• Must have basic knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office Applications.
• Knowledge in Spa management software.
• Consistently strive for a higher level of achievement both personally and professionally.
• Certification in spa or hospitality management is a plus.

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience and time commitment involved. Initial time commitment would be in line with initial goals set with owners, estimated around 20 hr per week. As goals and time commitment grows the compensation would as well. Additional bonuses based on performance and sales goals.

If candidate is LMT or esthetician there are opportunities for additional income as well.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
