SPA ASSISTANT MANAGER: THE ROLE

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Saturday from 1:30 PM to 7:15 PM (with some flexibility).

As our Spa Assistant Manager, you run the daily operations of our luxurious spa, ensuring each guests are welcomed into an oasis of tranquility. You start by orchestrating schedules, managing staff, and ensuring services run seamlessly. As guests arrive, you are their guide, assisting them in selecting the perfect treatments while maintaining our high standards of customer service. Throughout the day, you immerse yourself in the serenity of your surroundings, all while training and mentoring our dedicated spa team to deliver excellence at every touchpoint.

• Knowledge about booking apps
• Knowledge about social media and digital advertising
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Hands-on experience in a spa, resort, or healing center (preferred)
