As a Medical Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:

• Managing and supervising spa staff, including estheticians, massage therapists, other providers, and receptionists
• Developing and implementing spa policies and procedures
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating staff schedules
• Conducting staff meetings and providing training and development opportunities
• Collaborating with marketing team to develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Submit info for Payroll
• Market and recruit clients to the spa
• Designate, coordinate, and attend events on days spa is fully rented out

Skills

• Strong administrative skills to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the spa
• Retail sales experience to promote spa products and services
• Proven supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors

• Experience as a clerk or in a similar customer service role is preferred
