Cascade Medical Spa and Laser Center is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded medical professional to join our team as a partner in our thriving medical spa. We are looking for a licensed physician or Nurse Practitioner who is interested in ownership of the clinic and is passionate about building the business and providing exceptional treatments to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Provide oversight and medical direction for all treatments and procedures offered at the medical spa

- Perform cosmetic procedures and treatments in line with your medical expertise and licensing

- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement business growth strategies

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care

Qualifications:

- Medical degree and active license to practice in Oregon

- Experience in cosmetic procedures, minor surgeries, and medical spa treatments

- Strong business acumen and interest in entrepreneurship

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation:

- Base salary: Open For Discussion

- Percentage of growth: Open For Discussion
