Spa Manager Assistant - Casino jobs in Mobile, AL

At Blue Moose Auto Spa, we’re looking for an assistant manager and/or shift lead to take our business to the next level. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a car wash, as well as helping lead a team of employees. He or she will be responsible for the operations of the car wash, including closing, computer knowledge, and ensuring that quality standards are met. Additionally, they will help with the training and development of employees and elevating our customer service. The goal is to ensure that the car wash is running smoothly and efficiently, and that customers are satisfied with the service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with all company safety policies and procedures
• Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching and feedback to ensure quality standards are met
• Help train new hires on company policies and procedures, as well as job-specific skills
• Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Inform management on supplies and equipment needed to maintain optimal stock levels
• Perform general maintenance and repairs as necessary
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
