Spa Manager Assistant - Casino assists the manager with spa and recreation activities. Manages the spa and recreation staff and support personnel. Being a Spa Manager Assistant - Casino coordinates classes, programs, and day-to-day operations of a spa and recreational facility. Creates and implements general and therapeutic spa and recreational activities for all age groups. Additionally, Spa Manager Assistant - Casino develops and maintains relationships with members and guests. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Spa Manager Assistant - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager at our signature Draft Day Sports Bar Lounge. A successful candidate will be a dynamic leader who fosters an environment of team work, commitment, and trust. This leader will bring with them a sense of high energy, and inspiration to our team.
Essential Functions:- Create weekly sporting event schedule for guest entertainment.
- Managing day to day operations and the proper staffing level and supplies level.
- Constant training and development of colleagues.
- Visit all of our guest tables during or after their visit, to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage, coach, and counsel colleagues, including disciplinary procedures.
- Uphold and enforce all resort policies and procedures as stated in resort SOP.
- Ensures accuracy of all menus: current, correct, spelled correctly, clean and presentable.
- Excellent people management, communication and listening skills and demonstrates strong time management and organizational skills.
- Welcome patrons by exchanging pleasantries, escorting them to dining area, seating them, presenting and introducing menus and announcing waitperson’s name.
- Maintain dining room ambiance by inspecting and monitoring serving stations, table linens, floors, heating, lighting, and music.
Required:- ServSafe certified or equivalent.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; 3-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate organization skills the ability to multi-task planning and forecast skills.
- Good driving record and the ability to be covered by the company insurance program to drive company vehicles is a plus.
Schedule:Full-time: Schedule varies; to include nights, weekends & holidays
Salary:Highly compensated role & 80 hours of PTO on day 1
