Being a SPA ATTENDANT ensures that all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, SPA ATTENDANT typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The SPA ATTENDANT may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Our Spa Attendants are the glue that holds our spa together; you'll handle laundry duties, making sure everything is clean, neatly folded, and stocked. Alongside that, you'll help the team by preparing rooms and getting the spa ready for the day by opening and cleaning the spa including the steam room. You'll take direction from your other staff members when they need help. It's a role that keeps you moving and interacting with both the staff and customers.

We are looking for staff who:
- Arrive on shift in a timely manner to be fully prepared for their day. Reliability is a must.
- Have amazing attention to detail. You are the type of person who notices when the pillows aren't fluffed, or the towels are not folded all the same way.
- Are able to handle the physical demands of cleaning the entire spa. This includes vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and making sure the entire spa is sparkling clean.
- Have a need to keep our environment looking it's best at all times.
- Have a caring, positive, and abundant mindset.
- Are interested in the spa industry, and have an interest to learn more!
- Have an upbeat attitude with the goal of always improving our guest experience within Highlands Protocols.
- Have reliable transportation that is suitable for North Idaho winters.
