SPA ATTENDANT greets guests, schedules appointments, and provides customer service to all spa clients. Recommends spa products and services based on client needs and expectations. Being a SPA ATTENDANT ensures that all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, SPA ATTENDANT typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The SPA ATTENDANT may require 0-1 year of general work experience. The Spa Assistant must perform all duties outlined on “Spa Assistant Daily Task Sheet” in an exemplary standard. The Assistant interacts with the guest upon arrival, throughout their visit and upon departure. The Spa Assistant answers the phone and tends to all guest needs; scheduling, questions, product selection, sales, and spa cleaning, sanitation, laundry and upkeep. The Assistant represents the spa and must exemplify our guest-first attitude. Phenomenal customer service & excellent manners are mandatory. The guest is to be treated with incredible kindness and attention. The Spa Assistant is required to open and/or close the spa and computer, perform bookkeeping paperwork as well as maintain the cleanliness of the entire Spa Facility. Assist with guests’ needs in an efficient and courteous manner & promote spa services.
Spa Assistant is responsible for ensuring all duties of the Spa have been performed perfectly during the shift and must take action to rectify any discrepancies that do not reflect the high standards of Overleaf Lodge and Spa. This is a fast-paced and rigorous job.
