We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our team. As a Solderer, you will be responsible for performing hand soldering operations to assemble components onto printed circuit boards. Additionally, you will conduct touch-up operations to ensure the quality of the solder joints meets customer and electronic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hand soldering operations to assemble components onto printed circuit boards.
• Conduct touch-up operations to ensure the quality of solder joints.
• Meet customer and electronic standards for soldering.
• Work under magnification or scope to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Read and understand drawings, written instructions, and routers to complete soldering tasks.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to work and commit to quality craftsmanship.
• Work with small components and wiring on printed circuit boards, primarily under a scope.
• Operate various equipment in the work area, ensuring a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Maintain focus and concentration in a moderately noisy and active work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous soldering experience associated with components and/or printed circuit boards.
• Ability to work under magnification or scope.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, written instructions, and routers.
• Mechanically inclined and able to work with small components.
• Preferred but not required: Solder certification, familiarity with IPC Standards and/or military standards, electronics background.

Other: This position requires working with small components and wiring on printed circuit boards, primarily under a scope. The work area may have various equipment running, resulting in moderate noise levels. Candidates must be able to maintain focus and attention to detail in this environment.
