Applies a wide range concepts, practices, and procedures from two or more specialized fields of science, such as agronomy, soil science, forestry, or agriculture. Being a Soil Scientist may require a bachelor's degree in agricultural sciences or a related field with at least 5 years of work experience. May direct the work of a small group of employees. Additionally, Soil Scientist relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a senior manager and may be considered the lead for a specific area or unit. Oversee the day-to-day operations of ESC production facility. Ensure seamless operations, adherence to safety protocols, and optimization of resources within the facility.
Job Hours and Location:
The Production Facility Manager reports to the Director of Operations, and will maintain a presence at the Enlightened Soil lab/office from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F at the Seabrook Facility.
