Duties

• Advise and assist conservation organizations, private landowners, and conservation district members as they deliberate, discuss, plan, and carry out soil and water conservation policies, programs, and local activities.
• Develop comprehensive Conservation Plans for District Projects comprising an extensive conservation program.
• Inform and educates the landowner of conservation technical assistance and financial assistance to consider for conservation system and practice implementation.
• Develop the following contracting policy and procedures with a high level of quality and integrity: Conservation Plan Schedule of Operations that includes the applicable conservation treatment and existing conservation treatment.
• Assist with applying for conservation programs, reoccurring payments, payment assignments, Technical Service Provider payments, payment shares, partial and advanced payments, special payments and claims, debt collections and offsets.
