Soil Conservationist develops and implements policies and procedures for soil erosion control, moisture conservation, and sound land use. Conducts and participates in environmental studies. Being a Soil Conservationist applies a wide range concepts, practices, and procedures from two or more specialized fields of science, such as agronomy, soil science, forestry, or agriculture. May require a bachelor's degree in agricultural sciences or a related field with at least 5 years of work experience. Additionally, Soil Conservationist may direct the work of a small group of employees. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. PURPOSE: To maintain the cleanliness of the entire plant inside and outside.
JOB SUMMARY: Maintains the cleanliness of the plant, outside parking lot and grounds around the building. Keeps the entire facility as lint free and clean as possible. Empties waste receptacles and recycles plastic bags in soil sort. Follows standard operating procedures. Must meet quality standards.
