Program Manager
Portland- ME

Kepware’s Program Management team is seeking a temporary program manager to drive our spring releases and assist with planning activities and documentation. This role will support both our Product Management and Engineering departments and facilitate communication with other groups at PTC. This job opportunity would be a good fit for candidates with excellent communication skills who are detail oriented and fast learners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all required release activities are on time, on track, and accounted for through our documented release workflows
• Keep stakeholders up to date on multiple releases
• Run cross-functional status meetings with efficiency
• Communicate with stakeholders to escalate and remove impediments and manage risk
• Assist with planning activities and the documentation of process changes

Skills:

• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
• Ability to motivate others

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with release or project management
• Experience working with software engineering teams
