The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, load testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing, as well as proficiency in the tools and methodologies used in these areas. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our software meets the highest quality standards and performs optimally.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proven expertise in performance testing, load testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing tools and frameworks such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) for test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in relevant testing methodologies (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices is a plus.
