What do we need?
We are seeking a QA Specialist to provide consistent, professional review of completed work processes. A Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist ensures all standards are followed to ensure work is completed according to the established operational workflows and documented processes. The QA Specialist works independently, with great attention to detail, to audit their selected inventory within set monthly deadlines. The QA Team delivers regular reporting to demonstrate overall quality of work, consistently collaborates with Service Line leadership to present trends, and identifies high-risk areas needing additional research.

The US base pay range for this position starts at $22 hourly. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
